The United States and its NATO allies are trying to stir up discord between the peoples of Azerbaijan and Armenia, said Sergei Naryshkin, Director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR).

The pre-election campaign for the presidential election, to be held on April 11, has completed in Azerbaijan and a "day of silence" has been announced.

18 presidents, 21 prime ministers, 41 foreign and 39 defense ministers will take part in the NATO summit in Warsaw on July 8-9.

The National Assembly of Armenia held a closed meeting of the Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan with deputies. Report informs referring to the Armenian media, the meeting is being held behind the closed doors.
