Russia’s MFA: Sending by Turkey of its servicemen to Azerbaijan is Ankara’s sovereign decision, said deputy minister of foreign affairs of Russia Andrey Rudenko, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.

The Russia diplomat answered as follows to the question saying ''Does the decision of Turkey’s parliament about sending of troops to Azerbaijan impact the trilateral agreement regarding Garabagh signed among leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia?'': ''No. This is its sovereign decision which is apparently associated with joint involvement of the Turkish military servicemen together with the Russian military servicemen in the peacekeeping center. The Russian military servicemen together with the Turkish military servicemen will be engaged in technical observation of the situation regarding implementation of the agreement''.
