The decision to send Turkish peacekeeping troops to Azerbaijan has been made. In the near future, Turkish observers will head to the Nagorno-Karabakh region, TRT Haber reports, citing its diplomatic sources.
The TV channel notes that the details of the activities of the joint Russian-Turkish observation centre in Karabakh will soon become known.
The centre will be located in the place indicated by Azerbaijan and equipped with the latest technology. Turkish and Russian observers will jointly monitor the violation of the ceasefire.
