Sargsyan sets three provisions for resumption of Karabakh talks

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has held a session.

He spoke about the three steps which are needed to take to resume the negotiation process on Nagorno Karabakh.

According to news.am, the statement came from vice speaker of the National assembly (parliament), spokesman for the ruling Republican Party of Armenia Eduard Sharmazanov.

He said these three provisions for resumption of negotiations include introduction of mechanisms to investigate incidents, targeted statements and guarantees that Azerbaijan won't engage in new aggression against 'NKR'.
